Programme Director

Education Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities: Plan musical performances, rehearsals, and training for program beneficiaries. Coordinate with music instructors, assistants, and conductors to complete activities. Collaborate with music instructors and conductors to discuss and develop training, performances, repertoire, and venue arrangements based on the beneficiaries' skill levels and needs. Make all necessary preparations before performance events and lead beneficiaries on the day of the event. Assign tasks to the volunteer team. Regularly assess beneficiary progress, collect feedback, and discuss improvement plans with instructors, the board, and advisors.
Assistant Programme Director

Education Requirements: A high school diploma or higher.

Education Requirements: A doctorate in music or a related field.

Responsibilities: Curate inclusive musical activities for beneficiaries. Coordinate the participation of stakeholders, including instructors, volunteers, and other partner organisations, to ensure overall service quality. Provide suggestions for improving services as needed, using your professional expertise and network.
